swimming for halstead in lane 5 2nd from the right at braintree in rnd 3 of the es league. so this is me showcasing 3 months of fitness training and constant swimming. ironically, i had people expecting a pb, yet i was calm and reasonably relaxed. however, on the block, after the 'take your marks' i 'bounced' and d qed myself. i knew it going into the water and actually shouted "sht" on the way in with the dived. however, i forgot about it during the race and had only one thing on my mind beating the guy next to me... he was stuck to me all the way through, and i only beat him on the touch. never the less, a dq is a dq, and that is that. whilst i'm gutted the time isnt official, i know i can do it, and more to the point, it was a fun race. i enjoyed it.

for the wwwzzz81 writing contest part one demi's pov camp rock had finally come to an end and i was back in la with my family, truthfully i missed canada...well actually i missed hanging out with everyone especially my best friend joe jonas. you may all know him he's the middle jonas of the jonas brothers and the love interest to mitchie in camp rock. we met a year before filming and we've been best friends ever since...but he's getting ready to film jonas there new tv series on disney channel. although he said something about them still casting and although i had auditioned i don't think i'd get a part considering it had been awhile. just as my brain was thinking about all of this i almost missed the fact that my phone was ringing, i snapped out of my daze and answered it. david castillo one of 3 republican candidates for congress talked to john panesko and this show raises some good points. i believe david castillo is running a smear campaign against his other republican candidates and you will hear in this program, he says it was not him but his campaign people that did it. i say that's bs and a lie i can smell it from here and it stinks. when you look at the other 2 republican candidates they seem to not be throwing stones at each other but they all seem to be directed at them. castillo has had stones thrown at him as well. but the stones were facts and not dirty politics of unfounded or unproven rumors. and any comments made against castillo have been condemned by the other republican candidates. i believe john was telling us to hold on to our ballots for one reason. listen to this respected radio host speak and draw your own conclusions. is this the type of candidate we want in congress
