"in the early 1980's, i didn't know it was a terrible recession." here i was, planning to build a 7000-square foot home on a mountaintop i had yet to see except in my mind - with no money what do you suppose made me so confident that doubts did not erode my vision i knew all one needed to do was have the habits of a millionaire, and opportunities would present themselves. it's all about creative energy. money is just energy, that's all. it's so damn simple.
