please read i really like this amv even though i'm not a stein x marie fan so no bashing either stein x medusa or marie song: tears don't fall artist: bullet for my valentine anime: soul eater story: marie had loved stein since first sight, but medusa had won him over long before that, with her lies and deception. when stein learns of her betrayal, he was crushed, being the first women, first person in general, he ever loved. he also realized medusa had ruined him some, tricking him into things slowly setting up her plan for her. he then sinks into a sheie reached out ll, feeling nothing but pain and regret, even feeling he himself had betrayed everyone. marie tried to reach out to him but he wouldn't react, or do anything really, slowly going insane from his pain. stein realized marie had been always there for him, even when he was blind and becomes afriad. would she love him after everything he had done for being even a slight part of medusa's plan. stein eventually starts opening back up slowly to marie, begging forgiveness ending it with "please marie... just make the pain stop, i don't want to hurt anymore, first spirit left because of my insanity, medusa leave because of my stupidity... please i don't want to hurt anymore, i don't want to be alone" and marie reaches out saying "it's okay stein, i won't let you hurt anymore, i'll never leave your side. i love you"
