"we're gonna give them fluids warm them up. these birds are probably all hypothermic, so a lot of supportive care and none of them appear to have any fractures, said employee meranda dickey of the miami science museum. "i just want to know where he is so we can have some closure," says wilma brock, payne's sister. family and friends of donnie payne say he would have never just taken off and believe the 73-year-old cleveland man was murdered. "it's really been depressing to know you have someone out there and especially a brother, and you can't find him and you don't know where he is," says brock. friday the community united effort center for missing persons rolled into cleveland to spread a message of hope. "after the leads go dead and you start giving up, and monica has come in and said don't worry about it, we will take care of you," says lisa lehman. monica caison founded the cue center and is traveling around the country making 30 stops to educate communities about 109 cold cases. caison says the tour is very effective.
