screenwriter amp director dan o'bannon died dec 2009 at the age of 63. back in the summer of 1977 i interviewed dan for my little one shot horror amp sci-fi magazine named phobos. as a tribute to dan, i present this edited 7 minute sound clip from my interview of him talking about meeting cult film director alejandro jodorowsky for the first time.
