this trick is really easy to do, make sure the bottle is full of liquid but leave about an inch of room at the top. make sure to grab the bottle near the opening because the idea is to hit your hand more then the bottle yourself, you don't want to just hit the bottle because of the risk it might break and you injure yourself. with enough force the pressure will travel to the bottom of the bottle and blow it out.
