"i just want to know where he is so we can have some closure," says wilma brock, payne's sister. family and friends of donnie payne say he would have never just taken off and believe the 73-year-old cleveland man was murdered. "it's really been depressing to know you have someone out there and especially a brother, and you can't find him and you don't know where he is," says brock. friday the community united effort center for missing persons rolled into cleveland to spread a message of hope. "after the leads go dead and you start giving up, and monica has come in and said don't worry about it, we will take care of you," says lisa lehman. monica caison founded the cue center and is traveling around the country making 30 stops to educate communities about 109 cold cases. caison says the tour is very effective. "when hearing just the roar of the crowd when they announce your name, for your compeion. that's something i'll never forget. i was shaking and smiling all at the same time and just all the pride you feel to see all the american flags waving around. it was surreal," says olympian lauren cholewinski. "it was just one of the best moments i've ever had in my life and that is something i will never ever forget." to get there she started at kate's skate on celanese road. lauren's track coach at sullivan middle school and her in-line speed skating coach at kate's both remember what kind of compeor she was.
