missing persons' organization rallies in cleveland aug 27, 2010 cleveland, bradley county, tnwrcb an organization based in north carolina is traveling cross country hoping to solve more than 100 cold missing persons' cases in a "road to remember tour". friday the organization made a stop in bradley county. donnie payne went missing in september 2008. at this point, his family is just hoping someone will come forward with information about this cold case. "i just want to know where he is so we can have some closure," says wilma brock, payne's sister. family and friends of donnie payne say he would have never just taken off and believe the 73-year-old cleveland man was murdered. "it's really been depressing to know you have someone out there and especially a brother, and you can't find him and you don't know where he is," says brock. friday the community united effort center for missing persons rolled into cleveland to spread a message of hope. "after the leads go dead and you start giving up, and monica has come in and said don't worry about it, we will take care of you," says lisa lehman. monica caison founded the cue center and is traveling around the country making 30 stops to educate communities about 109 cold cases. caison says the tour is very effective. "we have direct cases that have been a result of our organization coming through that town, bringing it to the forefront," says caison. family and friends of donnie payne agree. they hope this rally will help ltbgt...lt bgt
