a tripadvisor™ tripwow video of a travel blog to la paz, bolivia by travelpod blogger livingthedream. see this tripwow and more at tripwotripadvisor la paz bolivia, the worlds most dangerous road... after the 7.5 hour train ride and a 3.5 hour bus ride i made it to la paz, 3660ft above sea level ... i have never seen such sprawl in my live. as i approached from alto la paz heights looking down on the city i couldnt see any land, just buildings in the valley. amazing. see the pics. i met a bunch of other tourists on the train so we out out to dinner at a lebanese restaurant called yussef, the meal was delicious the alude really gets you here. try going out for a boogie and see if you can last more than 2 songs spent my last day in la paz doing a mini tour of the praca san franciso and praca murillo before heading off to watch the world cup at and argentine restaurant, sadly argentina lost to germany but i was rewarded with a great argentine parrilla bbq of great meat and a choripan chorizo on bread. after lunch i drove past san pedro prson for some pics death road moutain bike ride yesterday i took a moutain bike tour of the worlds most dangerous road. from 4800ft above sea level down to 1300ft,75 kilometres in 6 hours on dirt and rock narrow roads no wider than a bus. there were 10 of us in the group with 2 guides and a back up vehicle. 99 was downhill with the initial strecth on an asphalt road and only 7klm uphill. was an amazing ride and the tour ltbgt...lt bgt
