dvla, has been told by a county court judge that it has no power to force anyone to phone them, chase them up if they do not receive an acknowledgement letter. the dvla continue to act unlawfully as proved in the film. the dvla are know to lose forms, like sorn and then to blame you. the dvla does not have an official complaints process and does not know how much mail it loses. the dvla are using a debt collection agency called philips who were being investigated for having unlicensed software on their computers. the dvla has now admitted they knew about this.
